FlameWood Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles and wax melts, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer store credit or an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Store credit will be issued in the form of a FlameWood digital gift card.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The shipping box and packaging

Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Melted or heat-damaged items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or private-label orders


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged
