FlameWood reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service or products without written permission from FlameWood.

2. Products & Services

All FlameWood products are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our candles, wax melts, and related items, variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment gateways. FlameWood does not store or have access to your full payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

FlameWood is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

No refunds are offered
Store credit or exchanges may be issued if requested within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging
Refunds or replacements are issued only for items that arrive damaged or defective, with photo proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The damaged product
The shipping box and packaging

Failure to submit documentation within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

To violate any laws or regulations
To infringe upon intellectual property rights
To submit false or misleading information

Any violation may result in termination of service.

Candles should always be used according to provided candle safety instructions. FlameWood is not responsible for misuse.
